Defect reporting system

Help save a life!
If you find a defect on your aircraft (pilots) or aircraft you are inspecting (IAs), submit a defect report so others can learn from what you have found before it becomes critical.

Defect Report forms

Use these forms (or any similar method) to report defects to RAANZ.
Include as much information (including photos) as needed to clearly show the defect and any remedial action.
They will be reviewed by our Technical Officer, published in the next RecPilot issue, and logged below for other IAs and pilots to reference.
