Incident reporting system

RAANZ has commissioned a new incident reporting system, supporting online submission of accidents, incidents, complaints or other comments/suggestions.
From now on-

ALL accidents or incidents should be reported via this system to RAANZ.
RAANZ will forward to CAA any accidents/incidents where the severity or importance requires their attention.
You do not need to file a CAA-005
