Fit & Proper Person Declaration

It is a requirement that all pilots submit a Fit & Proper Person Declaration on entry into the RAANZ system.
You may either submit a printed or online form.
Note- you must advise RAANZ of any change or event affecting your Fit & Proper Person status.

Printed form

• Download printed form here
• Complete and sign
• Send to RAANZ along with your initial CMV form (filled in by your Instructor)and RAANZ membership payment

Online form

• Load the online form here
• Complete, click the Declaration statement and enter your name and date (in lieu of signature) and submit to RAANZ
• When you send in your initial CMV and RAANZ membership payment, please note on the form your FPP was submitted online.
