- Download this medical form, take to your GP, sign, scan and email the completed form to RAANZ
- Alternatively post it to RAANZ
- We will email you a membership invoice
- Once received and processed we will issue a Novice certificate (NMPC) and you will have access to our member resources
- Contact an Instructor and begin your journey into the skies!
