If you have or witness an incident, find a defect, or have any concern re microlight operations – submit a report so we can detect any trends, and others can learn from your experience.

ALL accidents or incidents MUST be reported via this system to RAANZ.

• RAANZ will forward to CAA any accidents/incidents where the severity or importance requires their attention.
• You do not need to file a CAA-005
