Duplicate inspection of controls c/o, signed off*
Control range of movements recorded*, stops fitted.
Weight & Balance c/o, entered in log, c of g within appropriate range*
Annual Condition Check signed off, sticker attached*
Airframe, Engine & Propeller serial #s identified & recorded
Fuel flow checks c/o- 150% of TO flow*
Engine ground runs c/o, data recorded*
ASI Vne mark
Engine instrument limits marked, switches, controls, circuit breakers labelled.
Reg’n marks applied, ref Rule 47 for guidelines;
Metal Identification plate fitted
Passenger warning decal
All AD’s signed off*
Fuel grade/qty marked at fill points
Warning decal if recovery parachute fitted
Drain holes as appropriate
Aircraft available for inspection, cowls and inspection panels off where appropriate
Weight placard. MAUW, Empty Wt, Log book W&B entry signed off
Test pilot –RAANZ or SAC approved
